Around the Next Bend

Technology innovations often come in waves, with many trying to anticipate (and profit from) the next major shift in direction. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is dominating the current landscape, with massive investments being made in computing capability and dramatic forecasts of breakthrough capabilities and unforeseen risks. Many roadmaps are being redrawn, with limited visibility as to tangible results. The massively important question is “how can I see far enough into the future to anticipate where technology will be in order to put my organization on a path to take advantage of it, and not be a victim of it?”
